Scott B. Luckett, Director of Transportation for North Kansas City, MO School District sent this photo of Rockey Locke, Bus #70, West Englewood Elementary, a new Star Driver.

A Star Driver is chosen by his/her Supervisor each week based on the previous week's performance.  Each Star Driver receives a bus grill mounted Award Star, and a Gold Star with the driver's name on it to be displayed on the bus driver's dash or visor.
